Here at Yellow Keys Realty, LLC we are a full service brokerage putting You, our Client, First. We have been Realtors since 2003 selling and Managing anything from low end to high end properties and anything in between. We are REO agents as well as luxury agents. We are Fannie Mae and HUD registered.
Since 2003 our business has provided full service professional property management services including, leasing, applicant screening, inspections, evictions and real estate sales. Yellow Keys Realty is a recognized property management expert and is a good standing member of the National Associations of Residential Property Managers, as well as NAR and the Tri-County Suburban Realtors.
Red has served on the board of directors for the local landlord association and has extensive knowledge in investment property in the five county Philadelphia metro area . Red has performed legal expert witness work in Pennsylvania. His dedication to his clients, hard work ethic and market knowledge are his key attributes that have placed him a step ahead of the rest. Red adopts all his clients as part of his extended family and will do anything to help you.
